10/10 would not recommend. I booked my rental online and the process was smooth, the price was great, and I received confirmation via email. On the way there I called the number listed for the store on Google maps and was directed to an overseas call centre, where the agent assured me the store would be open, but had no way of contacting them directly to verify availability of the vehicle I rented. Had a tricky situation at another location picking up the car... but the customer service helped me clean it up and compensate me fairly. Much appreciated! We will be back!
Booked online to find out that they didn't have any cars
So unprofessional and rude people. I stopped by for some information about rental pickup, and the guy who works there rolled his eyes at my last question and said, "Oh my god, here we go again." I left immediately. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Reserved a car online only to be told when we arrived that no cars are available. The people behind the desk were rude and indifferent and offered no apology. We’re now stuck because everything is sold out. Absolutely horrible service and business practices.
