I've rented from this location several times a year for years now and have never had an issue. I do notice that there always seems to be different employees but other than that, this place has always been great to me and usually always has a great selection and most of the time you can pick the vehicle you want. My most recent rental was on 8/26/25 and I didnt get the employees name but he was amazing and knows how to treat customers. Keep up the great work!

10/10 would not recommend. I booked my rental online and the process was smooth, the price was great, and I received confirmation via email. On the way there I called the number listed for the store on Google maps and was directed to an overseas call centre, where the agent assured me the store would be open, but had no way of contacting them directly to verify availability of the vehicle I rented. Had a tricky situation at another location picking up the car... but the customer service helped me clean it up and compensate me fairly. Much appreciated! We will be back!
