Van rental for our son moving into college. We get there and the computer systems “have been down for two days” and they cannot give us the van even though it’s sitting in the parking lot. No apologies- no offer to help us find a rental. Worst employee.
Cancelled my rental that I need in an hour after I booked it four days ago. I'm done with this location.
Planned a whole vacation only to show up to the car rental on the day of my reservation and they had no car. Guy wouldn’t help me either.
