Made a reservation for 7am waited almost an hour before giving up and going elsewhere. Thanks for wasting almost 3 hours of my time.
I was there to return a vehicle today. The girl that works they're disappeared and took hey little bell with her. She said she would email the receipt. 19 hours later no receipt. Judging by the other reviews, budget doesn't care about customer service. I will be pulling my charger from my credit card due to lack of customer service, dirty vehicle, lack of receipt...I have pictures and videos to price return on time and will be providing to my credit card company.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service, rude and snarky employee. Although having a confirmed reservation, and she confirmed it was there....no vehicle. Not today. Not tomorrow. "Maybe" in a couple days but unlikely. Literally said to call a competitor. I called and called 30 minutes before the reservation to verify they have a vehicle. I guess I can't leave a review with zero stars. I believe the writers for Seinfeld made the rental counter episode after trying to rent a car here. They can take the reservation, but they have zero cars when you arrive. Absolutely useless.
This location is awful. There's one woman running it (Maddie) and she was not there initially when we went to return our one-way rental truck. One couple ahead of us had been waiting an hour to pick up their rental while Maddie was out "washing trucks." Thankfully, we were still able to turn the truck in on time after she returned, but several days later I saw a charge on my credit card for an extra $120 that made no sense.
