Absolutely terrible service. Told me to be there at noon on Sat and they close at noon. Then my reservation got cancelled and nobody could help me. Then got my car and returned it and didn't receive my full deposit. I took hours cleaning it returned it cleaner than I got it and with the exact same gas miles in it. Can never get ahold of anyone. Will never go through again
Manager called the day before my reservation pickup day and told me they had no 7 passenger vehicles available BS.... Luckily Enterprise was right down the street and got me in a Jeep Wagoneer. Do Not go to Avis/Budget at Jackson airport!!!
Do not rent from them! They tried to overcharge me, didn't release my deposit, and it's been weeks of fighting with them to resolve this. Full story: I rented a car for one day from this location, with drop off at another location. Everything went well (I thought). But a few days after returning the car, I received a letter that stated I would be billed $450 for a cleaning fee!
