Mike was awesome! My family broke down 800 miles away from home and the website said there was no available rentals. I called and Mike got them in a nice safe car to get home at the best rate I have ever seen!
Staff was great. Car was dirty with a cracked windshield, terrible wipers, and no washer fluid.
I had a wonderful experience with Mike at budget. He made renting this beautiful 2024 Subaru Impreza so fast and easy! He took care of everything with my insurance for me, and really made me feel like a valued and special customer! I highly recommend!
