I rented a car from here through the company I work for, opted for the additional after they scared me with if I get into an accident no matter who's at fault with my own insurance id have to pay for every day the car is in the shop. The car appearance wise was pretty nice, however by the time I got onto the highway I found out I had no horn, horribly scary brakes, and a loud droning whirring noise from in the back. Mike was so helpful and I owe it to him for helping me get into a rental for a few road trips I was doing with my friend visiting from SD! Staff very friendly, helpful and generous. Picked me up and gave me a ride home whenever i rented a car.
