first when got my quote on line was 455 dollars and when to pick it up he said it was 600 lol how do u go front that to 600?? then he gave me the keys and said there u go not even checking gas or the car or anything. luckily i check and took pick of the car . got back today she wanted to charge me for gas when i put it back were it was, and the big dent i. then back of the car. just saying watch out for this company will never go back

Booked and prepaid a Ford Edge or similar class for a long road trip. Show up and they don’t have my class car. Their response - you have to go to the airport if you want that car. I didn’t have time to drive over there. So given a class lower which was smaller and didn’t fit all our luggage. I asked before I left if I can get a price break since I paid for a larger car and I’m getting a smaller car. Their reply - no. You can go to the airport. So we make it work and leave on our trip. I paid ahead through app then call d to confirm 3 days prior . Went to pick up at north Olmsted location and told no cars meeting my criteria are available - I needed third row. And paid for it. So ride about or told me go to airport if I wanted the car type . No directions no explanation or call ahead for me no refund .. absolutely awful
