Before shopping here for a rental make sure you call in and ask how much the down-payment is to rent a car it starts at 500 down plus the car payment. Enterprise has better deals go to Enterprise.
Unprofessional company, I did my check in online and everything looks perfect. I went there and having a credit card, valid driver license and insurance they decide to don’t rent me a car just because my driver license is from Nevada and no from California. So if you wanna come for vacations to California I don’t recommend this place for anything.
I was lied to about their return policy and charged an extra day, following their new employees instructions and they wouldn’t reimburse me for following what they said were the rules. So be careful with this particular Budget Rental.
The car was very dirty and dusty on the outside.
Let me make a reservation for Christmas Eve. Would not answer the phone to confirm. When I showed up to collect the car they were closed
