Extremely disappointed during my rental return. The lady was very rude with me for returning the vehicle at this location. Budget, please take a note.
I was a bit worried after reading the reviews posted for this location. The first representative was a bit abrupt when I picked up the vehicle on 7/6. But the pickup process was smooth and fast. I had already prepaid online. The vehicle was in great shape, clean and drove well. We were running behind and did not meet the 900 am drop off time on 7/17.
