What a great experience I had. Waiting for me with a big smile was a gentleman named John. He was informative and attentive. My return flight was cancelled and he really gave me great options, helping me to navigate my situation. I was in the retail business and John should be recognized for his professionalism and courtesy. He represents your company in the best light. I highly recommend Budget rental cars at AC airport! To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about an extremely poor and unprofessional experience I had with Budget Rent a Car on January 15, 2026. I reserved and paid for a premium/luxury vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed that no such vehicle was available and was instead offered a midsize standard vehicle.
