I rented a car from the Budget Philadelphia airport 17 July and it was a horrible experience and was given a car with tire light issues. I had to keep putting air in the rear tire. I was staying near the AC airport and decided to try and exchange it for a more reliable car after two stressful days wondering if I was going to have a flat tire or blow out. Worst service ever. They gave me car yesterday and i saw nail inside car after driving few miles. While i came back to return rented car and asked for refund on today since i booked for two days intially she said she can not return any money for unused day and yelled on me aggressively. After that when i asked couple time she agreed to provide refund. She told they have no car available and she told there is no one service existing car but i can see i was able to book other rented car from same place online.
