To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about an extremely poor and unprofessional experience I had with Budget Rent a Car on January 15, 2026. I reserved and paid for a premium/luxury vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed that no such vehicle was available and was instead offered a midsize standard vehicle. I was told that the vehicles were “basically the same” because they were newer. I strongly disagree. If I had wanted a midsize or standard vehicle, I would have rented one.
