Horrible experience! I was told my discount would be applied and it never was. I felt like I was given the run around about my discount when I even asked about using it! Never a straight answer other than I will see it once the car is returned! No that was the HOLD amount I would be partially getting back! No communication, poor customer service and a rip off! I seriously think they felt they were doing me a favor! Never again/lesson learned!
