First I got to Budget Shorewood 10 minutes before they opened to be first in line. I had a 10 hour road trip so I needed to get going. The person working there was 15 minutes late. I had reserved the car months in advance. He looked around the parking lot and didn’t see the car. He said it must be in back. A short time later he pulled up with the car. Amazing customer service and support!! Great rental will rent from here again
I received excellent customer service by a gentleman named Mohammed Saud. I went to another Avis which did not have a rental available and Mr. Mohammed made sure I received a vehicle that accommodated all of my trips needs. Excellent job Mr. Mohammed...Thank you.
Nothing but problems at the Shorewood location. Communication was horrible. Customer service was even worse. Reserved a Chevy Traverse months in advance. I do not want to get started on the miscommunications regarding credit cards vs. debit cards with this location but I will just say my reservation was at 0900 and I was not able to drive off the lot with the vehicle until 5pm.
