We recently reserved an SUV for a week and received amazing customer service. We booked for 7 days but worked with Moe to get the car 2 days early. There was a small hiccup with the vehicle itself, but he made sure to have the vehicle checked by a mechanic before we took it on a roadtrip. The SUV was perfect for what we needed, worked great, and was more luxurious than we expected. We’ve never had a bad experience at this location and will continue to use them in the future.
I've rented here before no issues cars were great! But now here I am 2 months after a rental and they charged my card 2x for tolls knowing I had my IPASS one charge ok but now another one? That card isn't even on file so how did they charge me again for tolls??? Just pay attention to your charges. Glad my bank notified me. The guys that helped me before were great there was 2 of them didnt get names but they are truly great but the one guy I dropped car off to can find a new job just saying!
Long overdue review as I've rented a car here three times now. Quite simply, this location offers the best pricing, customer experience, flexibility, and overall good business of any car rental facility in the area in my opinion. Every interaction I've had with the staff/employees has been positive. My most recent pick-up with Alex and drop-off with Jacob took a matter of minutes, seamless service with a smile (something that many businesses lack nowadays). Thank you Bimal and team.
