2nd time in Little Rock, AR for business. First time I was at least given a partially road worthy bus an experienced driver could handle for the 3+ hour trip to Shreveport while the steering wheel rattled the whole way. Just went to check out my prepaid reservation I made a month ago... not one car available. I booked this for 9am for the 24 hour hold. Who the hell can't reserve a vehicle?
