Lucky enough to get a car for my 1 day travel back. Requested a small car and got a ford expedition which is a full sized suv. Shoulda tried somewhere else

Would give 0 stars if possible. First off, I had a reservation on March 15th. When I got there they did not have a car for me and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for one. Secondly, they checked me out before they even had a car ready for me. Then, when I got to my destination, the low engine oil level light came on. 3 phone calls later, after I was transferred to Road side Assistance, I was told I could return it to the closest Budget (2 houes away from where I was) or I could go to an auto place and purchase oil for it and ... read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Had a reservation and was told (along with about 5 other people with reservations that came in on our flight) that they are "out of cars"". Told to come back the next day and they would "definitely have a car for us". It's the next day, still no car. Was told by 2 different Uber drivers that this happens "all the time" to people flying into this airport. Beware- They take reservations and "run out of cars" to fulfill the reservations.

Arrived at 10pm on a Tuesday night and was told there were no cars. I was then told to "come back around noon tomorrow, and we will definitely have cars". Called on Wednesday and again, no cars. Apparently this is a major problem at this airport. Was told by Enterprise that if you book a week in advance, you are guaranteed a car. My advice is to book at Enterprise because this Budget location is terrible.
