Was lucky enough to get a car but customer service at this location is nonexistent- tried calling many times over 24 hours to extend a rental and the phone was not picked up a single time.
This the 2nd time this year that I have had to wait in a LONG line waiting for my car at Budget. I'm a fast break member. I'm supposed to show my ID and get my car. This is the LAST TIME I rent from Budget at this airport!!! Update: it took 45 minutes to get my car, a Corolla. The sensor indicated a tire was low ( it looked ok to me and I was already late so I ignored it) and the cruise control doesn't work! Geez!

reserved a car got there on time to pick up car. They added a $250 fee that was not forewarned about in the reservation made online and then when we went to pay that fee they told us because we did not have a flight leaving the city we could not rent a car after taking $150 to reserve us a car and never asking for a flight ticket or anything else prior to arrival
Landed at 1. Took 40 minutes to get a car in a super small airport. Its worth it to spend a little more somewhere else.
