Not sure what has happened to Budget. This is the second issue I have had with them in just 2 weeks. 1st at LGA airport they charge me for 6 gals of gas. Tank was full as noted by the attendant and was refunded but a hassle also has to take a 7 passenger gas guzzler because they had no moni vans that I secured. 2nd my wife get to Stewart international airport and again not the size car requested so they give her another gas guzzler that has a pure smell of Marijuana and was told this is the only vehicle they have...so for 4 ... read more

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. They have the worst customer service here. They also do not clean their cars. They rent them hot off the lot in minutes after somebody drops off. Do NOT rent here. And I really wish somebody replies to this because I have a mouthful to say.

I arrived to pick up a minivan that I had reserved 3 months in advance for a family trip. When I arrived I was told that they did not have a clean minivan available. Misha provided excellent customer service. She was professional, understanding, and kept me laughing. She went above and beyond to correct the error. I will continue to rent from Budget because of how Misha handled my reservation.

Came midday on a weekday during fall leaf/apple picking season, and had the best rental car experience of my life. I was driving off in the exact vehicle I had requested in less than 5 minutes. Tasha at the desk was so incredibly helpful, welcoming and efficient, really doesn’t get any better than this… can I rent all my cars from here in the future? I’m looking at you, CLT…
