I will never ever rent from Budget ever again. I booked my rental over a month ago and it’s not ready for pick up on the day of. Our out of town plans are Ruined because we don’t a rental from this place. They told me to call customer service and I did and you just get the run around. They are trying to rebook me for another location but the rate and total price would be four times more. This is ridiculous. I always book with enterprise and I should have stuck with them.
Great place to rent a vehicle and they're super friendly!
They were patient with me and helped me out through the rental process. Took notes of the details on the vehicle and received it fast. Great experience.
