Don’t waste your time renting from Stevensville, MI location. 3 different people had issues while I waited to pick up prepaid rental card and all 3 walked out without being able to rent a vehicle and said they were going to Enterprise in Benton Harbor, MI. Terrible service!!!
They don’t take Apple Pay..
Honestly, I was surprised. The reviews scared me. But we ended up having a great rental. They were very accommodating, explained all the information we needed. When we came back it was quick and easy. It was a very kind man with blonde hair and glasses.
