I could give this place zero stars I would, this place is horrible I waited for a long time only to be told that I need credit card. Tell me that before I waited all that time. They rude, liars, and treat customers with dishonesty. Don’t waste your time going there find another place.
Fast service
If I could put zero stars I would. Picking up the vehicle was easy but when I got to the car it wasn’t washed or cleaned inside. I still took it because I didn’t have a choice. Not even half way through my trip the change engine oil light came on and when I was able to call budget to let them know that the light came on and we checked the oil and it was black they told me it will be okay to drive like that.
