I rented a car and returned it the same day at IAD, but they charged me for two extra days, claiming I didn’t return the car. I provided proof that I flew out on the same day as requested, but they still refused to issue a refund. Fortunately, I booked through Costco, and they issued me a cash card as compensation.
Keisha is awsome!! Talked to budget customer care 1-800 number 3 times today to fix a issue and every time they told me they couldn't help me. They where horrid. Call Keisha 1 time, spent maybe 5 min on the phone with her and she handled the issue with no problems. May be time to pay her more and answer your customer service # from now on lol
HORRIBLE! Made a reservation months ago for a 8 seated vehicle the said the will have at the Newport News airport tonight. We drive all the way from hampton to get the vehicle at the time THEY specified. And of course, they don't have any vehicle that size. Of course, we call the customer service and they were no help either. All they can do was give us our money back, but wasn't even giving us anything four our inconvenience of coming all the way up there and now not having a vehicle for me and my family. Absolutely unprofessional & worse car rental experience ever! Firstly I had a scheduled reservation 3 weeks in advance for our Christmas trip to FL. I arrived 30 min prior to my pick up time and waited 45 min only to be told they didn’t have the van I rented, but said they had some other SUV I could look at. We went out to the garage & determined it could not fit all of us & our Christmas presents not to mention it was filthy & had questionable tread on tires, went back & told rep this would not work bc of issues mentioned.... read more
I rented a car for one day at the rate of $40. I call asking for an extension for one more day. I was told this extra day would cost $448.00. How???!!!!
