DO NOT EVER RENT FROM BUDGET OR AVIS EVER!!!! They will lie to your god damn face and tell you they have a car for you just to leave you abandoned 6 hours from home. If I could sue this shithole company into the ground I would. 2 reservations cancelled in a day. 4 locations. Dont even bother with this useless scam of a company.
Get off the plane and they won’t fill you reservation. Avoid this garbage establishment.
Just rented from this location and wow! The staff was very friendly, the car was nice and clean. I will absolutely be returning next time I need a rental car.
We had a great experience with this location. We would definitely rent here again and highly recommend it!
Newport News avis/budget I recieved great customer service and process of renting a car was painless. Thank you
