The worst rental experience ever. Couldn’t get a copy of the bill. ***BEWARE*** This location will rent you an unsafe vehicle! I picked up a vehicle late Thursday night. Friday morning as me and my family begun our trip I notice the tire air light came on. I went ahead and inflated the tires thinking it was just low for some reason and not a big deal. Drove to Atlanta to go to my Uncle funeral and while driving around in Atlanta the light comes on again. Worst rental experience I have ever had and I have traveled a lot. Tried to rent at Norfolk airport. Never again! Look at their reviews on Google. I was not alone!! If you read this and still rent, it is on you.
After a rough go with another rental company and airport, Budget at Patrick Henry Airport was a breath of fresh air! Tatania was an absolute pro and so helpful. We didn't realize they needed 24 hours for a reservation, but after hearing our story, she totally hooked us up. We had a great chat and were on our way super-fast. Plus, they partner with Amazon, which is a nice bonus! Highly recommend this location!
Recently needed to rent a car. Other car rental companies kept cancelling and changing my reservations. Budget not only was there for me, they were wonderful and worked with me every step of the way. Sue Ann and the crew at this location are all amazing! Totally recommend them and they will be my "go to" any time I need to rent a car from now on. :)
