Had a great experience renting a car from here.
Show up no car for the reservation. Is it possible to check the Orf location sorry no we can't. Spoke to customer service the said the desk agent absolutely can check the real time availability of the vehicles at the other airport locations.
Me and several others had a reservation for a car and were told that there was no cars available after arriving to get our rental.
As bad as it gets. Rent anywhere else.
Would have left 0 stars if that was an option. Called and rented a car. Received a conf number, I authorized charges and all seemed fine. Got a call 5 min later saying my rez was.cancelled.because.tjwy had no cars. I tried to get an email confirmation of this but amazingly that wasn't possible. How can a comapny as large as this have such a poor handle on their inventory of calls. Oh and it initially took me almost 40 min to make a rez. Unacceptable.
