If I could rate this review 0 stars I would. I rented a car for 7 days with Budget in Kingston, NY that had already been reserved. I got to their office early in the morning and was told I cannot rent the car due to their system being down and not accepting any payments. I waited there for 3 hours trying to figure out the next best option. I finally was able to do a paper contract and received the car.
