Negative star if I could. Booked and Paid for my rental way in advance, but I got a call from this Belmont location saying that the car is no longer available due to maintenance issue. The rep told me i could go to SFO to pick up the car with the same rate. I have asked them to make a call to SFO location to let them know I was coming. However, no communication between them had been made. I was so grateful to learn I would'nt have to trek to the east bay to get a rental! Make your reservations online conveniently. I was also able to extend my rental online very easily. I had a fabulous experience checking in and the vehicle was ready to go, thoroughly cleaned and a full tank of gas - completely set up for my use. The gentleman that checked me in was thorough, friendly, and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and service provided. If I could leave a 0 star, I would. We rented a car well in advance with a credit card and a license with two different names without any issues. When we arrived, we couldn't use the same credit card used to book the reservation to pick up the car. Their system froze and wouldn't let us even try other options and then we couldn't even get the same car with another driver because it was still locked by the system. Would not recommend.
