I made a reservation months ago. I arrived this past Saturday and was told repeatedly, "We have no cars." Manish (worker at the desk) was polite and apologetic. He even showed me over a week of text messages to his manager begging for more vehicles to fulfill reservations. They ended up giving us the only vehicle they had - a 12 passenger van that got 14 miles/gallon (and that we had to spend our limited time switching out at SFO for a sedan).
