The person who helped me with the car was rude. Talked to me like I was stupid. 1. Complained that there were multiple cancellations by me in y’all’s system. He said there were 6. I rented a car from this budget location and was charged for Emergency Sickness Plan (ESP) @ 5.00 per day. ESP is for non-U.S. residents visiting the United States. Since I had a SC driver's license and live in Bluffton I'm a little baffled why this was on my contract in the first place. I booked a car rental for a Hyundai venue (or similar). There were two of us picking up the rental, but there would be five people total. I figured the car I picked would be a tight fit, but functional. Upon arriving, the gal behind the desk asked me if a particular car was okay. I said that as long as it fits five people, it doesn't matter to me what kind of car it is. She stated that the car I picked could barely fit the two of us (we are smaller sized individuals).
