I booked a car rental for a Hyundai venue (or similar). There were two of us picking up the rental, but there would be five people total. I figured the car I picked would be a tight fit, but functional. Upon arriving, the gal behind the desk asked me if a particular car was okay. I said that as long as it fits five people, it doesn't matter to me what kind of car it is. She stated that the car I picked could barely fit the two of us (we are smaller sized individuals). I was in a bind with a vehicle I drove from NY to SC, I stopped at the budget/avis at the Hilton Head airport and Miguel was my savior. He was able to get me into a different vehicle and he saved the day. Thanks Miguel!
