Worst car rental experience! I made a reservation 4 days before the pickup day. On the date of pickup I was told the pickup truck I reserved was not available, and has not been available for at least few years. I rented a full size pickup truck, and I was giving an option to have a Toyota Rav4 as a substitute. Anyway, I was provided with a corporate customer service # to call. Rented a car at the Philadelphia airport. Nice car, but had hardly any gas in it and the engine light came on within a few miles. It was late at night so we took it back the next morning (it was inconvenient for us to do that).They gave us a different car, but it wasn't very clean and wasn't nearly as big or nice. We settled because of our time constraints, but were disappointed, especially for what we paid.
