On Saturday morning there were 6 customers with reservations waiting for vehicles when the Budget employee informed all of us that he had no vehicles. Why wouldn't Budget notify us that they didn't have any vehicles. Big waste of time. I happen to get lucky that a lady was returning a Toyota Rav 4 as I was walking out the door and was able to get that one. But it was not cleaned. Worst car rental experience ever. I will never use Budget again. 0 stars.
Desk agent is a really nice guy. Rented a truck with same day return. They WON'T let you leave your car there! Fortunately, I asked a nearby business owner who helped me out. If not for the AARP discount, I'd not rent here again
Went online and booked a rental truck about a week ahead of time, took a half an hour Uber to the location and when I get there, I find out that they don’t have the truck that I reserved. I don’t understand how no one has the decency to at least give me a call to let me know that the truck I reserved days in advance is not available. The only solution they offered was to give me the address of another Budget rental location that supposedly has a truck that’s almost 50 miles away! Not even an apology. Wondering who deleted my last review? Kicked out by sales person bc my wife questioned why there was a difference in price quoted and price at the office! They called the cops on us bc we wouldn't leave property while calling Budget 1800.. Horrible experience!!!!!!
