Very good service, thats why Im a repeating customer
On Saturday morning there were 6 customers with reservations waiting for vehicles when the Budget employee informed all of us that he had no vehicles. Why wouldn't Budget notify us that they didn't have any vehicles. Big waste of time. I happen to get lucky that a lady was returning a Toyota Rav 4 as I was walking out the door and was able to get that one. But it was not cleaned. Worst car rental experience ever. I will never use Budget again. 0 stars.
Desk agent is a really nice guy. Rented a truck with same day return. They WON'T let you leave your car there! Fortunately, I asked a nearby business owner who helped me out. If not for the AARP discount, I'd not rent here again
