This location provided excellence in service during a time they were highly effected by the World Cup. Most of their fleet was transferred to fill the spike in rental needs for the World Cup. But they did their best to have a vehicle ready for us.
I called to inquire about renting a Ford Explorer, I was told no problem it would be available on the date you are wanting it, I called 5 days before leaving in for out trip, and was told I was not guaranteed a Ford Explorer, and the cancelation fee was $50, I ended up calling Enterprise rental and decided to go with them, when I canceled my reservation with budget, I they charges me $197. Never rent from Budget, they will rip you off, lie to you and take your money.
So disappointed in this branch. If it were possible to leave a 0 star review, I would. Every bad review you read about this branch is true. This is the second time in three months that we’ve had to rent from this location while our vehicle was in the shop for an extended period. We’ve spent nearly $2,500 on rentals with this branch recently. Not knowing how long the repairs would take, we reserved a car for one month.
