We had reserved a mini-van with another car rental company as well as the Budget Airport location (the O'Fallon location did not show any availability for my dates on their web site) just in case there was a problem with getting the car at one of the locations. If I could put zero stars, I would. This is my first time renting a car so I had questions I wasn’t being mean to the lady or anything. I just had a lot of questions. If I could give a negative star I would!!!!! We will NEVER rent a vehicle from this location again. I called earlier in the day to see if we could possible get our 12 passenger van a couple hrs early that had been reserved for months, if not no biggie. I was told it was not ready yet. ( I take not ready yet as in it just needs to be cleaned or what not) we show up at 1pm for pick up which just so happened to be closing time as well, so you have no other options if something were to go wrong. I used a UAW discount code. They were not supposed to charge me for mileage, but they did.
I did a one-way rental, and everything was easy as far as returning the vehicle. The place was nice and clean.
