Un buen sitio para rentar auto estando en el centro de Chicago. En lo personal el servicio fue pésimo por cuestiones anormales en mi renta. No volvería a rentar con Budget.
We had reserved a mini-van with another car rental company as well as the Budget Airport location (the O'Fallon location did not show any availability for my dates on their web site) just in case there was a problem with getting the car at one of the locations. If I could put zero stars, I would. This is my first time renting a car so I had questions I wasn’t being mean to the lady or anything. I just had a lot of questions.
