Poor customer service from the rental office near Fort Lauderdale cruise port. I found the rental agent to have a very unhelpful attitude. He did not give any information about the car and was totally uninterested when I asked questions. The car had not been washed or cleaned from the previous renters and we have had problems with the aircon being unreliable as well, only half working. We had to make our journey in a very hot car. I just went through all the reviews of this location and decided to cancel my whole entire trip. Its very frustrating to see the inconsistency in the reviews as a traveler, I do not recommend this location.
Not a great place to rent from. I hired a full-size SUV which I parked in a parking garage and paid for parking. This location received a parking violation and although I provided them proof of payment, they still charged me $90. FRAUD!
