This location is absolutely horrendous!!!!!! They stole 500 dollars from my account ! I rented a box truck for 2 days and paid the 150 deposit not only did they not return my deposits remainder but also went and put a separate charge of 500 !!!! I have the paperwork and time stamped videos of when the truck was returned. They refuse to answer so I will be escalating this to a lawsuit ! This is left and I will not tolerate it
Please do not use this car rental service,it's been the absolute worst experience EVER renting a car,first didn't have the car I reserved a week prior,then when I offered to help fix the situation by waiting a day to pick up the rental as long as they could pick me up to get it once I was brought to store I was basically left to explain the situation to the new person who had zero idea what was going on the original person just wandered off into the back,it took me almost 2 hours to straighten everything out after already be... read more
Stay away from this place they are thieves. They will lie and say your car has dog and cat hair when I have video proof I returned the car clean. They stole 150 dollars. Will never rent from a Budget again. Im waiting to hear from corporate.

This particular location is very inconsiderate of their customers time I would advise anyone planning to do business with this budget to upon making your reservation and receiving your confirmation number still call and make sure they have a car available because they will not call you if you have place a reservation and they happen to be sold out of cars they will still let you make the trip all the way to the location knowing they don’t have anymore cars left and will tell you they were to busy to give a customer a courtes... read more
