We had made a reservation months ago (Feb?) For a specific class of vehicle to take 7 people and all their fishing gear to Minnesota for pickup at 11 am on 6/19. We showed up and they didn't have anything even close for us! They switched our pickup time to 2 pm without telling us, and even then could not guarantee it would be available!!! Finally, at 4 pm we were able to get it. what good is a reservation if they don't have the vehicle? This was full-on Seinfeld! I won't go back there.
