I walked into the office and was immediately greeted by Elvis, who was friendly and welcoming, which made my customer service experience feel more personal. Elvis went above and beyond to fulfill my customer satisfaction. If only all car rental companies had an Elvis!

NEVER EVER EVER RENT A TRUCK FROM BUDGET. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE!!!! I paid $307 for a truck that I drove from NC to South Florida. What should have been a 10 hour ride took 15. During the ride, I had to drive almost drive 20 miles under the speed limit in order to maintain control of the vehicle. If I drove any faster than 55mph, the truck began to swerve so uncontrollably that I had to pull off the highway and come to a complete stop on several occasions in order to regain control of the truck. I rented a car here online and when I went to pick it up they said they did not have one for me, and did nothing to help me. I had 2 toddlers and and all our luggage with me, and it ended up setting back my travel plans by half a day. I don't know if it was the fault of this location or Expedia, through which I booked, but either way, this Budget was unhelpful and understocked.
The people who work here don't know what they are doing, got charged for an extra day when I brought the car back before the due time. Two weeks later after I got my credit card bill, I called them and another dufus told me they can't look-up the reservation because they only keep records for 2 weeks (?). He would not even give out his first name; totally unprofessional. I had to call their HQ and spend another hour to talk to a supervisor only to find out that their charge figures did NOT match neither the ones on the physi... read more
Great vehicle. Available when requested. Only thing is I wanted to return earlier and there was no place to drop off FOB. I was back in town by 10pm, same day. So, made an extra trip.
