TERRIBLE. Scheduled a truck online, got a confirmation email with the correct time. One day before the pick up date, they change the time of our reservation to 5 and a half hours earlier than scheduled. I called THE DAY BEFORE OUR RESERVATION to check in on this, and was told that the truck we reserved is not in inventory, and the closest one was over an hour away.

Rented through Expedia for their "mystery car" deal. Got there and they gave me a Dodge Ram. I asked if I could have a smaller vehicle and she told me I could for an additional $30 per day. So I just take the truck. When I open the door it stinks like smelly feet, it's DIRTY, and there is dog hair all over it. I go back in and tell her it's dirty and she says that they didn't have anyone to clean it that day. I have NEVER gotten a rental car that has not been cleaned! So she offers me $15 off my rental. The worker that is there in the morning, was very hostile. She was on the phone while helping customers. I’ve been to other car rental places and every one was nice and welcoming. It’s like I was bothering her by being there. Definitely need to get friendly employees.

Shout out to this location (Arizona Ave. & Knox). Sonya was a great help with the return of my rental. Answered all my questions and concerns with ease. Definitely patient, especially with it being busy today. Had a hiccup, yet with communication from another store it was easily resolved. It's truly appreciated in the time of need. Good rates, and opened on a Sunday. Can't beat that!
