TERRIBLE SERVICE, They rented me a car with bad tires. I had to go to the airport to change the car and they also charged me $125 for cleaning and when i asked for a proof like pictures I didn’t get any. this place has terrible cars and service.
2.9 for Review is NOT aligned with the new staff. Paige has been amazing from the first phone call to renewals and other questions we have asked. This Budget Car rental facility and it's staff have been so delightful to work with. We will continue to rent from them.

TERRIBLE. Scheduled a truck online, got a confirmation email with the correct time. One day before the pick up date, they change the time of our reservation to 5 and a half hours earlier than scheduled. I called THE DAY BEFORE OUR RESERVATION to check in on this, and was told that the truck we reserved is not in inventory, and the closest one was over an hour away.
