TERRIBLE. Scheduled a truck online, got a confirmation email with the correct time. One day before the pick up date, they change the time of our reservation to 5 and a half hours earlier than scheduled. I called THE DAY BEFORE OUR RESERVATION to check in on this, and was told that the truck we reserved is not in inventory, and the closest one was over an hour away.
Had bad car and was not in good shape we had to exchange it in flagstaff
Rented through Expedia for their "mystery car" deal. Got there and they gave me a Dodge Ram. I asked if I could have a smaller vehicle and she told me I could for an additional $30 per day. So I just take the truck. When I open the door it stinks like smelly feet, it's DIRTY, and there is dog hair all over it. I go back in and tell her it's dirty and she says that they didn't have anyone to clean it that day. I have NEVER gotten a rental car that has not been cleaned! So she offers me $15 off my rental.
