Chris was very patient and did exceptional service!
I made an online reservation got a car because mine was towed to the shop. I got confirmation emails. I got reminder emails. And when I was dropped at the airport to pick up the car, they told me they don’t honor same day reservations. “You can Uber home.” Terrible customer service, (not “impeccable” like the guy at the counter said) both locally and nationally. if you’re not going to honor same day reservations at a location, perhaps it would be wise to, you know, note that before the reservation is made. Trash company.
Placed a reservation for a luxury SUV and were told to pick up at 9pm. This was on a Saturday night. We did not realize they closed at 9pm. We arrived at the Akron Canton Airport a couple minutes past 9. There was a line four people deep at the Budget/Avis counter, the only car rental open. The rental agent, Chris, waited on all of us politely even though he was having to stay past his shift end. Thank you Chris! Because you stayed late we are able to get down to Florida to bring my mom home after her car accident.
