Zero stars! Ruined a vacation because they couldn’t uphold there reservation I had booked and paid for a month in advance. Sat waiting round for hours for them to lie to my face and waste my July 4th. Stay away from this company. I’m done using them! Never again!
NEVER RENT FROM HERE. Horrible, horrible. Reserves a car a month in advance, specially a minivan. Showed up the day of pickup, was told there was no car. Lost an entire day of vacation because I had to come back the next day, only to be told again, there’s no car. They lied and said they were sent back for recall, then lied again saying they rented them all out. Lost another day of vacation! Finally, they had a car available but it wasn’t a minivan and didn’t fit our items. Lost more time having to downsize a ton of luggage ... read more
