Měl jsem vytvořenou rezervaci přes booking a vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku. Auto mělo tedy víc škrábanců než bylo zaznamenáno, ale vše bylo dodatečně zaznamenáno po mém upozornění. Celé půjčení trvalo jen pár minut.
Went in to pick up my rental only to find out they gave it to a walk-in customer. Don’t make any reservations here, it’s not worth the time . Really disappointed I didn’t even get a call from them telling me they cancelled my reservation. Who runs this place ?
Please, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!! AND MONEY!!!! We have had the unfortunate experience of trying to rent from this facility twice, and both times when we get to the rental facility they tell us that they dont have a car for us despite reserving one. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY STILL CHARGE YOU! So you have to dispute it with your bank, and waste MORE TIME!!! I literally hate this place.
Worst experience ever! Cars were all broken
I've been renting from this location (Pelandale) for over 6 months now. The cars are clean and taken care of and the staff is amazing! Always the best customer service experience! Please don't confuse this location with the Airport location. I refuse to go anywhere else, Thank you!
