Ordered a car, they had, picked it up. Super simple. 5 stars because the lady behind the counter was incredibly nice and a bit funny too. Completely pleasurable experience. Weird to say for a car rental but it was. Picked up 7.9.26
I was a little leery after reading some of the reviews, but it was the most convenient location (Noblesville) so I went for it. I was not disappointed! Pick up and drop off were seamless, there were no extra charges on my card and the car was spotless! I encountered two different employees and both were very friendly and professional. They both did a walk around the car with me at at pick up and drop off. Very quick and efficient process all around! I would use this location again!
Do not go here!! Two different times I’ve reserved a truck online and they don’t have any. Not only did they not have any but both times I went they have the nastiest girls working there. They are rude and laughed in my face and told me I can rent as many as I want online doesn’t mean we have it. One time this happening but two bad experiences and two awful employees that DO NOT understand customer service. Get new employees.
