Budget Car Rental

I have rented with Budget several times over the years through Coastal Carolina Airport. Recently I had to cancel a reservation due to a family issue. When I went to cancel the reservation I was advised I would have to pay a $50.00 fee, due to putting money down to get the lower price. This makes no sense Bugget, I thought you guys were better than this. Also the customer service folks were ignorant as well, Budget is off my future rental plans..

Came to New Bern Airport Budget after check windshield washer fluid and engine oil indicators appeared on the Ford Escape we got from a NOT so friendly representative at RDU. Ohmygoodness, i wish I could remember the name of that awesome and professional representative that helped us in New Bern NC. He walked us to his lot and showed us what was available to us and and we picked a car that would accommodate our bags and family members. He made me feel valued and appreciated.

Car was filthy when I got it. I cleaned it and then was charged a cleaning fee when I return it. Take pictures before and after, are you will be rip off too.

We signed up for the 'Mystery Car' option. It was a great surprise and success. We were assigned a new Tacoma, a great truck and perfect for our needs (although anything but a two seater sports car would have been acceptable). The woman who signed us in couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating!
