Worst experience ever My car broke down I called made a reservation for 2 days the quote I got was 38 a day. I get there the door is locked it feels like that lady lives in the back office or something I was pre charge for those 2 days then I had to extent so I got charge to keep the car longer at the end I kept the car for 6 days the receipt I got shows a day rate of 47.99 not the 38 daily rate I agreed I was also charge $96 for period whatever that means 24 for keeping the car longer why ??? $20 for late fees ??? and even ... read more
Worst service ever from beginning to end. I show up for my rental and it’s not ready. I’m given the car unclean. As I’m returning the car someone is coming out of the lot and points across the lot so I back up to give them room. They didn’t move forward and instead backed up so I moved forward to park the car. The gentleman gets out and yells at me that I can’t drive through the parking lot like that. I explained that I thought he wanted to park so I moved out of his way and when he didn’t I parked.
