Patient, professional and prompt
Vehicle was fine. Service was fine. Only issue I have is paying a $25 fee for toll roads from Clearwater to Sunrise, Florida. Tolls didn't add up to the $25. 🤑🤔
They called me after i dropped of the car and charged me 75!! dollars for dog hair in my rental even though I never had a dog in the car. We have dogs at our house and our clothes might have some dog hair on it, BUT there's no reason to charge so much for a regular cleaning and vacuuming. This should be considered regular cleaning and not cost so much. I get a whole complete car cleaning / detailing for that price.
Rose had amazing customer service, very easy to work with had amazing attention to customer always easy to contact will 100% be returning to this Avis.
