Ya he rentado carros en este lugar varias veces y los empleados don amables, pero la primera vez me dieron un auto upgrade cuando yo solo quería un compacto. Pero como no tenía compactos me dieron una guagua. La guagua tenía la luz de las llantas prendida y marcaba que necesitaba cambio de aceite. La segunda vez me dieron un carro que estaba bien sucio por fuera 🤦🏻. Pero al menos resuelven porque, peor están los Avis

Chris was extremely rude and condescending. I am fine with being wrong and corrected because that’s how you learn but it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. He doesn’t listen because his purpose is to be right. He also doesn’t care to check the vehicle prior to renting. He had me sign a manual vehicle and sent me outside on my own to check it. When I told him I requested automatic and that it wasn’t, he walked out side and “get in the drivers seat” I got in and he said “now tell me if it’s manual”. I literally had to sa... read more

Customer beware! Staff is rude and unhelpful. Don’t nobody know anything and received a bunch of unexplained miscellaneous fees on final bill. Do not recommend.
