No one even at the counter. Waited 15 min, they show up with Apple earbuds in and a bad attitude. I'll do business elsewhere
Booked online, even got confirmation. When I went to pick up the car, they told me they had none available?? Literally wasted money and time, and got no help. Customer service obviously didn’t want to be there. Shameful and disgusting.
Rented a car. Prepaid. Go to pick up only to be told they’re sold out, and they canceled my reservation. No one called. Emailed. No carrier pigeon. The girl at the counter couldn’t have been more rude. No apology. Nothing. This is ridiculous.
The two stars were because when the gentleman did come back to work on time at 5:15 which he started at 5:13 he gave me exceptional service.... What I'm disappointed about is the appearance of the note... My 10-year-old daughter would have wrote that better... Also what I don't understand is why companies don't stagger workers so that lunch breaks are not an inconvenience to clients... There was five people in line waiting for him.. I waited 52 minutes which was a very big inconvenience...
I made a reservation online, received a confirmation number of 24797964US2, drove 45 minutes to pick it up, and then was told that, DESPITE MY RESERVATION, there were no vehicles available. Unacceptable. I’d never leave a review for anything normally, however, this is extremely ridiculous. What the HECK is the point of a reservation if there are no reserved vehicles? Nothing notifying me that there wouldn’t be a vehicle. Now I’m out TWO 45 minute uber rides, for nothing. Stuck in the city I’m at. Terrible terrible horrendous... read more
