My sister left an expensive item in the car when we returned the vehicle and when I called to retrieve it, I was told nobody found it when they cleaned the vehicle. THIEVES! It was definitely left in The vehicle. My sister left it thinking it was a toolbox that was supposed to be left in the vehicle.
Walked in to swap out a car per Budget Customer Service due to mechanical issues. Unfortunately, I was met by Diego at the counter — easily the most unprofessional Budget employee I’ve encountered. He was clearly irritated, and at one point even called someone to complain about working for Budget while I stood there waiting. Instead of offering a comparable vehicle to the full-size car I was returning, he tried to hand me the keys to a 12-passenger van — not exactly suitable for business travel. Wasn't sure what to expect but I'm very happy that I chose this place. It is located along the side/in the hotel. The employee was at the desk, no line, quick, polite service, nice clean car.
