Uma boa locadora, talvez a mais tradicional dos EUA l o nico problema a demora no atendimento no aeroporto, s tinham 2 atendentes.
We were staying at Drury Plaza right opposite the Doubletree where Budget is located so super convenient. Collection and drop off were handled by Traci, she was very efficient and both times we were done in less than 5 minutes. We were given a Kia Sector which fitted our needs perfectly, car was clean and drove nicely. Would definitely use Budget at this location again.
Amazing customer service. Tracy was super helpful
Tracy was absolutely incredible, we had some car issues in Miami and she helped us get our original rate when we had to switch cars. Would highly recommend
