Be sure to carefully review your receipt when returning your rental. We were told in person that the hold charges—including insurance fees for non-rental days—would be removed at the time of return, but they weren’t. Now we’re forced to dispute unauthorized charges for days we didn’t even have the vehicle.
Came here with my girlfriend to pick up a van. She had an appointment and a van reserved. When we got there the man at the desk (long ratty beard) told us that the van was no longer available. We had just driven 30 mins to get there! Then after some nervous twitching he told us that he actually had the van.
