What's the point of making a reservation on a car if they dont keep it for you? all they had was a minivan and we reserved a Toyota camry. First time with them and not a good experience.

Bait and switch!! Budget is full of crap. They allow you to rent a car online for 200 bucks. Then when you get here, they say they don’t have that car. They’re only cars are $600. BUDGET SUCKS!!!!
