Jack in Escondido is the man. Budget is a quick and easy place to rent a car with no hassles or pro longing phone calls. Took up to 10 minutes to rent a car and get all my questions answered. Budget is more of a 10 out of 10
Very helpful and loved the free upgrade to an SUV.
Be sure to carefully review your receipt when returning your rental. We were told in person that the hold charges—including insurance fees for non-rental days—would be removed at the time of return, but they weren’t. Now we’re forced to dispute unauthorized charges for days we didn’t even have the vehicle.
