Bait and switch!! Budget is full of crap. They allow you to rent a car online for 200 bucks. Then when you get here, they say they don’t have that car. They’re only cars are $600. BUDGET SUCKS!!!!
Horrible service, no parking, they instructed us to break the law and park on a red curb/fire lane while we waited over 30 minutes, and they couldn't find our reservation. We definitely will never come back to this location.
I never write bad reviews, but we had the worst experience with a rental company we have ever had. Once we picked up the truck and drove it back we discovered a large pile of FECES in the back of the truck among other trash. The door would not open as well and when we called to open it, the worker had to Youtube how to open it. Later in the day the FOB stopped working and we could not move the truck.
