Hi, I highly recommend Rene at Budget car rental. Rene was able to rent me a car at an amazing rate with No reservation. I walked across the road from Santa Rosa Transmission Car care and rented a vehicle with No hassle and I was able to return vehicle earlier than expected and Rene was fast with the return and a refund for early return. I really appreciate how he explained to me everything about the policy and was really fast, No wait time or anything. Thank you Rene!!!!
Worst customer service EVER.
Rene' was 5 stars, delightful young man but the car... slice in tire, ding fender etc. Dirty console. Just a few. I was too exhausted to go back in after getting a car at sfo that brakes scrubbing while driving & braking.
