Very good! Sandy was super nice and mo was very friendly! I had gotten stuck in Bloomington on the way to a funeral in Michigan (I’m coming from Texas) because my car broke down. They were SO nice, so nice that they came and picked me up to get the rental so I could get on my way. Very understanding. Thank you guys!!
Reserved a car for this location. Pick up and drop off. Flight was delayed and the employees left. Sign instructed customers to report to Avis and call representative. “Sandy” was called and he refused to come back to the airport. In good faith I sent him my confirmation information which included my reservation and still refused. Then he ignored my phone calls. His last words were “the airport opens tomorrow morning at 11am. My husband and I flew in and had a car rental through United. The car rental charged us $200 extra ($694 original price and they charged us $894) and didn’t have the car that we reserved. They said we had to resolve it with United even though we had the reservation stating our original rental and the price we paid. They were extremely incompetent and now we are stuck with submitting a claim. I would advise to rent through another company.
