Reserved a car for this location. Pick up and drop off. Flight was delayed and the employees left. Sign instructed customers to report to Avis and call representative. “Sandy” was called and he refused to come back to the airport. My husband and I flew in and had a car rental through United. The car rental charged us $200 extra ($694 original price and they charged us $894) and didn’t have the car that we reserved. They said we had to resolve it with United even though we had the reservation stating our original rental and the price we paid. They were extremely incompetent and now we are stuck with submitting a claim. I would advise to rent through another company.
If i could give a zero star I would. This place stole my money and then did the same to the next lady after me. I strongly suggest everyone go to enterprise because budget is theives!
RUN - RUN FAR AWAY & do NOT use them!! We reserved a mid-sized car and when we arrived at the designated time to pick it up, the Budget desk was closed and we were directed to the Avis desk. The young man that was working really would have rather been anywhere else but helping me! He was clearly annoyed and was not engaged in helping me.
