They are the cheapest priced around. Never had a bad experience with them and have rented from here many times
I have rented from here multiple times and I always have a great experience. The customer service is spectacular, and it really makes renting a wonderful experience. I will rent here every time.
Made a reservation for a one day rental using their website. When I got there to pick it up, I was told they didn’t have any cars available and had cancelled my reservation.
The worst customer service I've EVER HAD. Got charged double for a rental I pre paid for called customer service 3 times to request a supervisor to call me back amd was told 24 48 hours all 3 TIMES and when asked why amd what happens when No one calls, she said call back amd request again. So I have to keep calling and asked to be called over and over. I seriously have never seen a company that trys to sideline customers and hope they stop trying to correct a mistake that they made.
