The staff are nice enough but Ssoooooo pushy for a review as soon as you pick up your vehicle. They made us scan a QR code and fill out a review right then and there before we could even pull out of the parking lot. This company is incredibly dishonest about the pricing of how much you'll be charged for gas upon returning the vehicle. I was charged for a full tank of gas when we returned the vehicle and it was one line under completely full and they wouldn't refund us or fix anything in the charges.
I had an excellent experience with Milagros at Budget in the Orlando airport. She was very very kind and helpful with finding me the best way to coordinate a return location!
