I was surprised because I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with budget but this was terrible. I'd rather be on a Spirit flight then in a budget vehicle from this location. We rented a vehicle that was supposed to be $140 per day. They gave us a Mustang Mach E (EV vehicle) with an 80% battery that took 30 minutes to find because the lady wrote down the wrong parking space when we checked in. Instead of 17 it was actually a 71. We checked-in on Wednesday, October 8th in the late afternoon. Our representative was Tom. Although it was quite busy and about time for his shift to end, he was amazing! Thank you, Tom for making our experience at the budget rental car counter in the Orlando airport such a good one! That should be how you start a vacation!!!!!!

2 employees for 50 customers. Stood in line for over an hour after a long flight. Terrible customer service.
