They are the worst car rental place they let me reserve the vehicle and even pre pay for it and once we arrived there to pick up the vehicle they say they cant rent us the vehicle because of something on my credit report. And still havnt issued my refund after they tried saying that we missed our reservation that they werent going to issue a refund. Very inconvenient location at airport. Service with an air of malice. Ask for a clean car, wait 20 minutes, get a smeered windshield. Go star trek go ENTERPRISE

Caution: When you reserve a rental car online and go to pick it up thinking everything is good, maybe not. I got declined and I have been waiting 13 days for my money to be refunded when I was told 3-10 days. I needed to rent a car to take my grandkids to Pinecrest for the day. My personal car needed front end work. I reserved the rental car online Fri for a Sat pickup and Mon return date. I went Sat at noon to pick up the car. Horrible rude employee. I picked up a rental this morning, I waited outside until opening, and I approached the building slightly after 9 am. The automatic doors did not open, but I saw people inside, and there was a pretty big gap, so I figured they weren't working and pushed them open. A few minutes later, an employee came in and rudely asked if I opened HER doors. I said yes and explained. She said they weren't open because they were closed.
