Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. Employees were rude, and defensive anytime we asked for clarification. Won’t ever be coming here again. Have never been treated that horribly.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We rent cars several times a year and have never dealt with such an unprofessional, disrespectful, and defensive employee. Monica was rude from the moment we arrived, defensive when we asked basic questions, and flat-out refused to let us speak to a manager. She spoke with complete confidence, yet was completely wrong the entire time. Great people, very caring, took care of a problem I had instantly, made sure I didn't have the problem with the second car. Would rent from them again!
Terrible customer service
They are the worst car rental place they let me reserve the vehicle and even pre pay for it and once we arrived there to pick up the vehicle they say they cant rent us the vehicle because of something on my credit report. And still havnt issued my refund after they tried saying that we missed our reservation that they werent going to issue a refund.
