Great people, very caring, took care of a problem I had instantly, made sure I didn't have the problem with the second car. Would rent from them again!
Terrible customer service
They are the worst car rental place they let me reserve the vehicle and even pre pay for it and once we arrived there to pick up the vehicle they say they cant rent us the vehicle because of something on my credit report. And still havnt issued my refund after they tried saying that we missed our reservation that they werent going to issue a refund. So once again i call customer service and they tell me that they issued it that the rest was up to my bank so i call my bank and they tell me that there has not been a refund iss... read more

Caution: When you reserve a rental car online and go to pick it up thinking everything is good, maybe not. I got declined and I have been waiting 13 days for my money to be refunded when I was told 3-10 days. I needed to rent a car to take my grandkids to Pinecrest for the day.
