The blonde lady at the desk literally scammed me for an extra $200, pretending it was a deposit. She added a bunch of extras and used a discount to make it look like a deposit amount. Customer service explained it was not. Now I have to try to dispute through their corporate office. Also while not specific to this branch, the first person I called in customer service purposefully made me wait for minutes while doing nothing, even going so far as to sing on the line. UPDATE It has been 7 years since I posted a review of the business. I have used this Budget Car Rental office numerous times over the years, and the service remains superior! Late last year, I required a short term, short fused rental which turned into a 6 month rental that carried over into the new year. During that period the manager Ms. Charlene and her staff were very accomadating and provided exceptional support as I rented on a monthly basis unsure when I would be leaving the area.
