Great service and always feel welcome anytime
Although their Google business profile lists a local number, calls go to a national call center where the representatives are difficult to understand. Having confirmed with the call center that most local inquiries are handled with them, which I foresee being a frustrating experience, I will book my car rental elsewhere. If the owner confirms a different policy, then they must have updated it or changed it based on my feedback.
