I rented a car for 24 hours at Budget Addison & returned at DFW. A month after my rental, I received a fraudulent claim for significant car damage unrelated to my rental.
I rent from this Avis/Budget on a regular basis. The employees always go above and beyond to assist and get us the best possible deals. This is the only location I like renting from. I will continue to support this particular location.
Excellent service
Horrible customer service! I rented a vehicle at 4:30 yesterday and tried to call the store 3 times to confirm. Someone was answering and then hanging up without saying anything. Then this morning I receive a phone call that they don't have the vehicle and tried to claim I didn't make the reservation until 5:30, after they ordered all their vehicles today. William and the manager were both incredibly rude, told me I could call around myself to find a comparable vehicle and William hung up on. The manager kept interrupting me... read more
