Coming home to take care of my mom, I needed a rental car. Unfortunately I failed to make the reservation earlier and forgot it was a holiday week. I researched some rentals and other platforms such as Expedia etc. So after seeing the availability of rentals at this particular location I decided to rent it. For starters, this location NEEDS TO PUT OUT A SIGN!!! You drive all around looking for the entrance to this place and Google GPS is garbage! Selection of cars not great
If I could give this 0 stars I would we have a trip today reserved for a car at 10:30am and went up there they have no cars so inconvenient do not mess with this place they’re unprofessional told us we can come as early as 9am we did no car then came at 11 no car smh I will never try to get a car from here again then said they don’t know the eta how? It’s like are y’all stealing the cars at this point smh waste of time
