The car was fine, but the customer support was horrible. Owning a business is much more than taking someone's money. The owner was not welcoming from the start and was rude at the end. I won't rent here again.
So we rented a truck from you guys. When we got there they only had one truck so we had no options but to take this truck. As we did a walk around we did notice it had been wrecked and told them about it. But when we got to our vaction we realized it had alot more body damage. On top of that we didn't inspect it from the inside till after we left for vaction. The whole inside of the vehicle was dirty. Rented car online, pre-paid, arrived to pick up only to be told location doesn't have enough cars and would not honor my reservation and then owner told me to leave his store. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will never use Budget again
NEVER NEVER NEVER rent from this location... So this review will mirror the preceding 748 1 star reviews.... Reserved a van months ago for a family vacation....We needed to be on the road as early as possible as we had to meet other family members.
