Worst car experience I have ever had. Vehicle was dirty inside and out, rude customer service rep, vehicle had body damage and agent lied. Do not trust these people.

Great service
We and several others on our flight were told "We have no cars" by the two agents at the desk-- they told us to come back mid-morning the next day. As if that were not enough to wreck our itinerary, we came back the next day as instructed, only to find a line of 27 people waiting for service, and the line wasn't moving any too quickly.
