When we came to pick up the vehicle, the line was very long, slow, and the person working told us there were no clean cars available. He said that if we took a dirty car, we would not have to return the car with a full tank. We asked how dirty the car was, if it was interior or exterior. He had no idea. We took our chances and said yes. Luckily, the interior was mostly clean, but we had to stop and use a squeegee at a gas station to clean off parts of the car to safely operate it. Long line, car not properly prepared. People at the counter were good and the line moved along smoothly.
Agents take 5-10 minutes to give a car to the customer. Line is 15 customers deep. Do the math

Dion, Yan, Dawn has been a BLESSING and an their service has been an answered prayer. After getting stuck in Montreal due to the Air Canada strike, and after tossing and turning to find transportation to Boston, a reroute, Budget and their team came in and helped! They have been so kind, and bent over backwards to help us in our situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly deserved 5 star and these people deserve a promotion.
