Hidden fees very rude customer service and random charges 19 days later I had to call my bank to block them from my card and called my bank
45 minutes before pick up, I received a call that there were no cars available. Brayden apologized, however, was less than helpful. Ended up having to drive 75 miles to the airport to get a vehicle and it was a nightmare down there as well. I will never use Budget again.
This was an absolute debacle. I swore that I would not ever go to BUDGET again, but this Braden at the end after 20 Hour Dr. with a puppy for a Disabled nearly blind individual whose rights were violated O’Hare international airport by nevertheless the manager of the whole BUDGET there who delayed us for like three hours and finally and I had just had a seizure. Braden Finch did a fantastic phenomenal job for us he saved us in our hour of crisis I cannot say more about this man he did a fantastic great job he renewed my faith in the company should I take a photo of you too it says I can add a photo
