Avoid this place. I rented a car and returned it and got an email the next day it had been extended for a week. Now I have to provide proof I actually returned it even though I handed the keys to an employee. Police involved. Fraud report. Nightmare.
We were given a 15 person transit van at a different location when we had reserved an SUV. We went to This budget location in Fort Collins, they exchanged the van for an SUV that we could actually use around town. They were so nice and completed the exchange quickly without any hassle. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
Hidden fees very rude customer service and random charges 19 days later I had to call my bank to block them from my card and called my bank
45 minutes before pick up, I received a call that there were no cars available. Brayden apologized, however, was less than helpful. Ended up having to drive 75 miles to the airport to get a vehicle and it was a nightmare down there as well. I will never use Budget again.
