Broadway office was very professional and personable. I will definitely use tgem rather then Lexington airport office. Well worth the distance
HORRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service - was charged a cleaning fee after returning a clean car. Was never notified of the charge for the cleaning fee, just saw an outrageous charge to my credit card. No one answers the phone at this location and corporate won't help with a refund.
