This is my first time renting a car in Lexington, but I have rented 3 cars overall in the past month and a bit. I STRONGLY advise that you choose another company and/or location. The customer service here was simply terrible. Lexington is such a friendly area and it's unfortunate that their employees were so rude. Be warned, I made my reservation online and was quoted one price then charged another. I had already paid insurance online and I had no other choice since it is so far from other viable options.
