Hot garbage that can’t count how many cars they need. A reservation is not come close to meaning a car is there. And they they gouge you with airport fees
Made a reservation days in advance. They had "no cars." And told me to wait 45 minutes. I loitered in restaurant parking lots waiting an hour for a car. They called me again and promised me 30 more minutes. They called me immediately again and told me 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I receive a vehicle I didn't reserve with a bunch of glitter on the dash and seats. Booked a car three weeks before a day I needed. 30 minutes before pick up got a call that location didn’t have a car , and I should call customer service and change pick up location and rent a car for double price. Never , never make a reservation at this location. No words to express my frustration.
Person was nice to me even tho I was 15 minutes past my pickup time at 10 am. So 1015 ish. This location opened at 9am. The car i needed a Kia soul. But I got a Subaru forester accent. It was great. But it was filthy! So thats how I returned it. However something stuck with me that has me never wanting to come back. I heard the other person call a customer and tell them they are OUT OF CARS! the person had already paid! That sunk in and has been on my mind every since.
