I trusted them again but as usual. Did my reservation but when i went there, they said they don’t have a car and i have to wait….wait for what??? If you guy reserved my car who took it???? That is a terrible service. And then the lady was talking with attitude. Damn thats disgusting. I am done with you guys.
My 200 dollar deposit never came my despite being told that it was coming back to my account I gave the vehicle back in the same condition it was given to me. I called customer service and they couldn't even find me in their system. They had to look me up through the card that I used to find it to tell me that im getting 186.00 back and I still dont have that back in my account and that was Memorial Day weekend.....
