If zero stars was possible, that’s what i would give. I reserved a 7-passenger “standard elite suv” for 12/20-12/30 thru Costco travel on 10/14/25. A representative from this Avis Budget location called Tuesday 12/16 and left a voicemail stating i needed to confirm my reservation. I returned that call on 12/17, and was met with a rude demeanor when i attempted to ask a question about my reservation … “i have a customer right in front of me, but go ahead” as if im not a customer, just because im on the phone. Wish I could give a zero! My rental was booked the night prior when it was supposed to be picked up all that was said that the id didn’t go through it was nothing they could do no further explanation! I wish I could post a clean background check to show that there was no reason for that,my dad tried to book it aswell they told him he couldn’t book the rental also! The management team at this location is professional and doing their best under new ownership. However, my experiences have been significantly impacted by recurring technical problems that need corporate attention. On both of my visits, the credit card terminal malfunctioned, turning what should be a quick 10-15 minute rental pickup into a 30-45 minute ordeal.
