Renter beware! We received bait and switch tactics, wrong dates entered, and lies about insurance. After contacting Budget corporate, they confirmed the insurance information we were given by the owner was incorrect and issued a partial refund. We have been loyal customers at this location for over 20 years but we will never return after we were charged nearly double on our latest rental. I had an amazing experience with Budget, thanks to Sue Anne! After another rental company canceled our reservation the same day, we were left scrambling with no way to get to Atlanta for our spring break trip. Sue Anne truly saved the day. Wow, this place is great. We had a family emergency down in Florida. Couldn’t find a rental anywhere in Norfolk. So we booked here for the next day so we could get on the road fast. Our booking was for 10 am. They got us a car by 8:30. We were on the road to Florida by 9:00. Fast and friendly. The car we rented was great, dependable and super clean.
