Terrible customer service, disgusting arrogant staff (especially Supervisor). Did not have the car I booked despite being confirmed and receiving multiple confirmation emails. Was contacted less than 24 hours before reservation, moments before the branch was closing as they hastily insisted they were doing me the favor, by offering an alternate vehicle that was a different spec, and wouldn't provide any further resolution other than "you can call back tomorrow and we will see". I made a reservation and they took all my info include my card info and also gave me a reservation number and then once I arrived there by uber they said everything is sold out!! Horrible staff as well
Picking up and dropping off the rental was quick and easy. Jack was a great help. Car was clean, easy to drive, and comfortable for a great price. Just keep in mind that this location does not offer customer parking. (For reference this is regarding the Paramus Budget location)
I am weary of anything budget, most recently having waited 2 hrs in line to get my car. Why the 5 starts then? It’s for Lenny. This particular location is good people and if you are ever renting from budget this is your location, otherwise go with another company.
