i cannot say enough good things about the customer service as this location. Hunter and his coworkers went above and beyond and made a stressful renting experience as seamless as possible. Best part - they actually answer the phone at this location! we are based in nyc and rented a one way from here. would absolutely do it again bc of the exemplary customer service.

I recently rented an SUV to drive a bunch of stuff down to Florida to my daughter who is moving there. I went to this location a couple of weeks before my reservation because I had some questions. The staff were helpful and pleasant and accommodating. You sensed they really wanted to help. I came back the day of my reservation and they helped me decide what car would be best for my needs and even helped me put the seats down so I could load the car without me asking. I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I had a confirmed reservation through my company and took an Uber to this budget location. Upon arrival, I was informed that no vehicle was available and that my reservation had already been canceled. I was told that someone attempted to call my company but was unable to reach anyone. However, no effort was made to contact me directly by email or any other method, despite my contact information being associated with the reservation.
